Copyrights and Permissions
Clifford only publishes original work. Any materials drawn from another source must be clearly referenced, and permissions to use them must be obtained if other publishers hold copyrights. This applies to the work of other authors and your own content as well. It is not sufficient simply to reference or acknowledge these materials, if you are not the copyright owner. Instead, you will need to request permissions.
Requesting permissions for the inclusion of materials whose copyright is not owned by the author is the author's responsibility. You must clear all necessary permissions before delivering your proposals. All permissions should be obtained in writing such as emails or written confirmations.
